Around noon, 3 new smb lines had walked because our piece of sh*t system kept displaying error messages . Adding 3 new lines use to literally take me 5 minutes, it turned into a little longer than an hour until they got fed up and left. 3 hours later, 2 smb upgrades and a new line tablet walked due to the same thing. I was literally about to throw my tablet at the wall and clock out..then I thought “hhahahaha this sh-t is laughable, I’m just going to ride the clock, eat m&ms, and watch anime” AND still get paid for it.

I refuse to actually put in REAL work until our systems get better and until they pay me more . These systems just set us up for failure and ruin the customer experience. No sense in getting myself worked up for these pi-s poor commission checks.

Hans & his circus team led by Krista are just working on their Golden Parachutes so when the company dooms, they & the people they got in their umbrellas safe. They’re in there for that, why can’t we be in there for that as well which is money. Why can’t we form a Union!! What’s the worst that can happen now? Ain’t no Union guy here trying to motivate Zombies, but trying to say enough is enough. We have to fight since the S$$t show is NOT happening in the remaining 3 carriers, but JUST HERE...this def needs MEDIA’S attention. Sooner the better. Now come on & dislike this post as usual!! Why even try at all when your whole effort can go to waste with 4-5 8/10 surveys. Already started the month with a pay deduction 8/10 "Rep was nice but had to order my phone because it wasn't in stock" I'll now have to skip a meal or two to budget for the forecasted loss of pay.

Last month I took a vacation. In the 18 days I did work for the month I produced 47 new lines. As a store when I came back did a total of 220 new lines. Due to ris, our commission check will only be $700+ which means after taxes I’ll get a little over $350. Great motivation to ki-l myself for another month to make nothing or have ris destroy my check

Leadership always wants feedback and says they want to know what's going on... then you tell them how bad 360 is and they just say meh. It makes this company look bad. I look like a noob and lose all credibility with the customer. Can any leader just make the call to pull the plug or at least box it up till it's fixed. It's one thing if it had a few bugs but this system blows. It's a one off when it works.

Had a 2 line new logo walk today for the same reason. As well as a co worker had 2 tablets walk also. I even looked at the known issues board and slack group for help. I just shrug my shoulders as they walk.

My business upgrade, same thing happened. Guy needed a phone quick cuz it was broke. He said, “you know it’s because they don’t want business accounts in your store, they want us to call”

Verizon thinks they are so sneaky and funny. But their whole game plan is clear as day. Embarrassing as fu-k when you can’t even do an upgrade. Keep hiding the truth VZ you’re really really sneaky. It’s great.

The team commission pay plan from the beginning has been predominantly controlled by RIS scoring. I still see some SM’s and GM’s getting excited about new lines and pull through products when the wins have very little to do with our check. Imagine that... we are in a retail sales job and selling stuff accounts for like 10% of our tiny commission. Oh and don’t forget you can work hard all month and surpass quota but the second a negative survey comes in it evaporates everything.

Yeah, the funny thing is it sometimes doesn’t feel less frustrating even though it doesn’t make much difference in our pay either way. The customer still gets frustrated…at us…then managers are upset the lines were lost. WHY are we putting ourselves through this exactly? I think it’s time to realize that hanging around “riding the clock” is actually just wasting our own time and delaying future opportunities.

To be clear, I’m not criticizing your post, because I feel the same way you do. I’m just starting to realize the joke is on us.
