Everyone going nuts in their gilded cage.

Because it's NOT a great place to work. The culture has become toxic.
They got rid of all loyal 25 plus year employees and kicked us to the curb like trash. Management speaks about customer loyalty while caring less about employee loyalty. Corrupt management that should all be in prison. A CEO who is corrupt. What a s&@$? Show

Yeah, well, current execs are "bilking" millions as well and now it's not good for anyone else. Hardly any employees with the company now were involved with sales scandals. Believe it or not, treating innocent employees like criminal garbage because someone else did something wrong is not the way to resolve the issue.
The good ole days may have been great for you, but remember those same beloved senior leaders were bilking millions of dollars from consumers. It was great for you, but not the customers and the low level employees with unattainable sales goals.
Every current problem this company has can be traced directly to Hudson Yards. It's an executive issue, not a management one. Sure, there's some bad managers, but with a quarter million employees that's a certainty.
It was better when we had conservative, frugal, intelligent management, who focused on banking, and who hired the best person for the job.
It used to be a great place to work. It went downhill in less than a half generation. It will take at least a generation to recover…if it ever does. And that would require a complete turnover of current management being replaced with compassionate humans that can still run a business. So not likely to happen.
