Personally my expenses are up near 20%, rent, food, power, gas, everything is flying higher and its not slowing down. I'm only putting in the min and putting in all my efforts to jumping external. The job posts at the company are all basically garbage, pay ranges are impossible to tell what they pay, the only people i've seen hired in the past 2 years are massive numbers of headcount in India and the recent influx of Black hires to reach quota numbers. I mean why work hard if you know you're leaving soon by being starved out. The company has the right to do what it wants to do, but so do I.
