At the end of the call today, someone in an office asked a question that we’ve all been wondering. Why in the world would we stand to lose 100 years worth of knowledge simply to get people in an office?
Best question of the day, It doesn’t make sense!
What clients are they referring to? They're obviously lying but implementation clients hate the fact that we're in office so after hour implementations and support has been reduced to a minimum since RTO changes.
What groups were in attendance for this call? Bank solutions here and was not included

The meeting was with whatever they are calling the Bank Solutions / Credit Union solutions group today.
What group had an all hands call on 10/11? I’m getting let go, just don’t know when yet…
I come here to find out what is happening because no one is telling us anything.
When they sell off Bank Solutions their new payments company will lose a ton of revenue. The Banks will switch to the new processors payments product.
It won't matter to 'them' after 'they' sell off bank solutions. It will be someone else's problem to solve.
"We asked our clients and every single one of them said that they want you to lose your job or move."
Or some such nonsense was the response.
It was a great question that wasn't answered. Something about Client's being happy about the COE. I have a feeling our lovely Management skipped the forced relocation and years of experience being forced to leave. Wait until next year when reality hits.
