But when you have 25 on a call that should only be 1 or 2 people, are they all billing?

DSNP Medicare Advantage Plan. An entire department of about 15 individuals was let go. This department supported the Case Management for DSNP members. I believe they were told on 10/3.

The people that I know of have been with the company for a really long time and were incredibly dedicated, talented people. It is going to take 3 people in India to do what they did. Their historical knowledge walked out the door with them. They know where the proverbial bodies are buried. I have never been more disappointed in the company as I am right now.
"Now, the 2 people or worse 1 person left working will be left to do the work of 2 other people." Or their Replacement overseas is ready to make that 2 or 1 redundant and let go so their pay is peanuts.
Some may have been performance related. Every layoff has some. A lot of this round was where some job function required 3 people to do the work because of how much work it requires but they decided that 3 people were too many and redundant. Now, the 2 people or worse 1 person left working will be left to do the work of 2 other people.

Layoffs are over from what I heard. People being let go are for performance reasons which is standard.
People have been saying here that they were asked to wrap up notifications by 10/3. The official notice posted on Heartbeat said the majority would be notified this week. I heard of one person that got laid off today. Anyone that makes it through the week is probably good, until the next round.
