Whomever created requirements for jobs at Wells is 100% responsible for the current state of mediocrity across the enterprise. Go figure: Genius isnt a requirement for a job anywhere there. Genius with 2 years experience gets you hourly rate job. Mediocre somebody + 5 years experience gets 90k + bonus.
