The HR department in the UK has sent an email stating that the consultation with employee representatives will conclude this week. Starting from April 15th, notifications will be sent out to two groups of individuals: those who are at risk of redundancy and those who are eligible to apply for the targeted voluntary program. Individuals who qualify for the voluntary program will have ten calendar days to submit their applications.

@2dpn+1rWsjgSf how do you know this (email from CK then affected employees are addrssed)? Are you CK's assistant or in HR or an L1 Leader or are you just making it up?
Monday an e-mail from CK, then the affected employees will be adressed (Europe)
@1rql+1rWsjgSf this can't be legal. Layoffs shouldn't be based on skill this is what we were told.
We were told in a meeting that our group (if impacted) will be graded on a skills matrix. The high scorers will stay, the ones at the bottom will obviously go. Hilarious as last year I was apprehensive to complete a skills matrix spreadsheet that was e-mailed around to help "identify training needs"
Congrats! At least you got some dates and clarity. What a mess! Hard not to hate the company at this point and not because of layoffs but because how they treat people.
Based in Ireland and I haven't received any notification from HR. Has anyone else?
