MBL will take the helm of geos and marketplace and uzzell will take her role.
No way TP would have come back to work for HON. Literally zero chance given the wreck she made of our partner relationships.
If she’s out of the consumer role then she’s out.
@1rbk.. they do impact the day to day. Lack of visible and strategic leadership shows up in sentiments like this and our c-suite is guilty as charge. Sure, we don’t expect our SLT to show up in the day to day ops but their lack of direction and inefficiency plays out in the chaos you see daily.
This level of roles have literally no impact or influence on the day to day operation of teams.
Nothing they say or do ever filters down to the actual workers anyway.
Useless overpaid figureheads in their ivory castles shouting orders that nobody listens to.
