One of the reasons I rarely buy anything beyond necessities is because the world is full over overpriced, glammed-up garbage. I, for one, pay up for quality if/when it's available.

Good grief. First of all, conservatives are a majority in MANY blue collar industries. Farming, mining, logging, fishing, oil fields, construction, HVAC, plumbing, welders/fabricators, the military, law enforcement, and many more. In other words, the "hard work" jobs. So yeah, other than doing the dirty jobs that literally keep us from living in the stone age, they're super lazy. Several States are running out of coal at an alarming pace and many are at the brink of an electricity blackout. In a year when the country produced record coal, excessive rains in coal producing belt hit the movement of rock fuel from mines to power generation units, impacting power generation in many States, including Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi and Chhattisgarh. "Our officials are making continuous efforts to maintain the supply of coal in the State," said Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday.
Coal shortages in India - the world's largest coal consumer after China - follow widespread outages in neighbouring China, which has shut factories and schools to manage the crisis.
Over half of India's 135 coal-fired power plants, which in total supply around 70% of India's electricity, have fuel stocks of less than three days, data from the Central grid operator showed. Energy supplies are under strain globally as prices surge and demand and supply chains are strained by the recovery of consumption following lockdowns to contain the pandemic.

The indian workers I work with are a mixed bag. Some are brainy, others not so. Also, I only work with one who is not hired as a techy. THAT, is something that I find to be interesting. I am not sure if people on this board have it in for them or not, but I find it easy to work with them. I am referring to the ones in my office. Hard to say anything about ones I work with simply via email or web.
@azd obviously hasn't worked with many conservative Americans. They're the laziest, by far. Especially since they operate of the severely mistaken 40 year old assumption that the USA is still the best in the world at everything.

Scraping the top .01% of India's 1.4B people for brains for employment stateside won't translate hiring in mass over there. If you look at the above, they're rock bottom in brains as suspected.
The mean IQ of India is the same as Eastern Europe just fyi. That's not rock-bottom and not even double-digits below the US average.
Lack of electricity is the least of their problems. Rock bottom intelligence is the biggest problem. Add to that they are the laziest people I've ever worked with in my entire career. The have zero ownership seen on anything. They show no inquisitiveness at all. They work as a organized mob to leech a paycheck while putting in the least about of effort.
COVID isn't "out of control" in India. They had a big spike in May, everyone predicted a zillion deaths, and then cases/death took a nose dive and have stayed low since. Gee, I wonder what they are doing to get those results. Meh, it's probably not important. Data is irrelevant anyway.
