He tried to evade all the pay questions as usual, then he lost it, the Salvino era mask slipped he told folks to leave if they dont like it. The greedy Drum has got a big raise himself to 5 million for non delivery but tells folk they don't deserve anything.
Even in his summary he mentioned a number of significant events till the year end but no mention of the 1st December pay raises.
Dave K on the call looks like a much better needed replacement.
No one is getting a rating of 1 as you need to be a God to get that rating and 2 you won’t get either.
Just leave DXC if you are not satisfied or shut up. DXC has never since it was created given merit pay increases to all that met or met and exceeded some goals.

After not paying people for years how can it be good rates. Even after he accepted that most people are raising the merit issue.
Good leaders don't tell there assets to leave, only a in capable decline engine gives out these type of instructions, shows the company is still in its decline phase years after it said "pivot to growth".
He definitely did say:
"if you feel like you're not being paid well for your work it's everybody's choice whether to come here we don't force anyone."
"I think we pay very fair in markets"
"I don't want anyone working where they feel uncomfortable or not taken care of and you should make your own personal decision as we all do in our lives"
Basically, we pay what we pay and if you don't like it, go somewhere else.
It wasn't an angry rant, not Salvino style but it definitely was "su-k it up princess"

After today's call, if they don't give between 15-30% to the folks with 1 and 2 ratings, especially to those who hasn't have an increase for years, I expect a mass exodus and even more intense quite quitting. Interesting times are approaching.
They can't afford a pay rise for the working staff as they have spent all the cash on their little (read big) soiree to the Middle East. Looks like the whole C suite went including Finchy and the new one. Drumfool was on that holiday as well.
The guy is on another planet, he said DXC pay good, maybe to the likes of him wh--e are overpaid.
There's folks out there who haven't had a raise in years, with high inflation how can it be good, the guy is past his sell by date.
If they fu-k this up, they don’t deserve staff. No one believes senior management. Until they actually deliver this pay review questions will keep coming !
