Early Warning for the OFS folks, be prepared for fast and furious change. Frank is going to come in like a hurricane when JY leaves and he is finally fully in control.

Maybe spending more time adding shareholder value and less time complaining. Frank values results

He has an unaccredited degree that he earned fair and square. Or at least worth as much as he paid for it.

Waiting to get paid to leave is probably your best strategy. You do have to admire Frank’s con job to pull this off though. Frank and Jeff along with the group presidents walk away with millions. It’s just business

His prestigious degree? Do you mean the honorary doctorate his got from some college for donating money and making a graduation speech? I know he believed that was a real degree at the time but I hoped he figured out honorary degrees were like bowling trophies.

On the first post of this string - YES HE WILL — obviously a shill for First Data. Read ALL of the comments herein and only 1 comes to mind - above - that praises FB and his management style. Every other post is a gateway to hell. More reductions coming so FB can increase cash load.

OFS here. FB addressed many of us for the first time today as our new CEO. We prepared questions and voted on the top picks so he could address some of them. Instead we listened to him for over an hour tell us how great he is and wondered why we weren’t asking him why he made FD so great or why we didn’t ask more about his wonderful achievements and prestigious degree. He told all of these stories about the great things he has done and name dropped like 20 famous people. He said we had preconceived notions of him. The funny thing is I went into that call excited and open minded ready to hear our new ‘leader’ and his vision. I walked away from that call so disheartened and worried about the future of our company.

Cute. OFS mafia? As far as I know, there is only one New Yorker that heads the company. You can literally go to Glassdoor and see the instant that FB put his stamp on the company as the company rating took a nosedive.

@2myr+15hnLqu1 There couldn't possible be a OFS "Mafia" cause OFD canned any one in charge at the highest levels to make room for FB's crones.

Then FB will fit in just fine with the OFS family mafia. The only question is, why stay

Actual OFD employee here and I can tell you that the first poster who praised FB does not and has never worked for FD. No one that has legit worked for FD under FB would praise the job he did. He did not turn the company around, he was the beneficiary of positive market forces and consumer spending, similar to the current US President.
I do hope all the OFS people on this forum realize that OFD employees are not bad people. We have been and are just as frustrated with the FB regime as you are/will be. We had hope that this merger would remove FB and give us the positive Fiserv culture we heard so much about. Now we are truely all in this together so lets all hope covid19 has a second, very targeted, outbreak in a certain NYC office.

I think it is quite amusing that there are still folks that think FB was successful at First Data. The company was poised to be parted out and closed down. I applaud FB for having the ability to fool a profitable, cash rich, culturally forward company to take his sorry behind on. He is criminal and should be prosecuted and tossed out. He is inheriting a profitable cash rich company who paid off his crime bills, all of this and all the OFD putz can think all they want that FB is making Fiserv great he will take all the credit for the work of others. He may have a hand in improvements but he also has a hand in all of the divisiveness. From everything going on recently, it appears the Emperor with no clothes is desperately trying to polish his criminal image. Hmmm sounds vaguely familiar in another leadership style. I give FB the benefit of the doubt as a stockholder and do hope he succeeds for my own selfish gain. Its going to be an interesting ride all, buckle up.

Said it before, will say it again. This merger was the equivalent of dating some meth head who has a ton of debt, bad credit, a criminal record and has now stolen your identity.

And that culture seems to be pervasive in FD.

Fiserv is trying really hard to put lipstick on the pig that will be running the show. We will be led by someone who thinks that if they don’t get caught and others (fiserv stockholder) pay off the crime bills, they got away with it. All of the articles he is appearing in and the internal c-ap talking about his illustrious career. He is a self promoting criminal just like the one running our country. Lots of similarities. First Data had a lot of good things going for it, but it is a truly minority viewpoint that FB was one of them.

Keep an eye on the CVE lists, because OFD will put Voyager all over it.

It's really sad that people come on here and are so callous towards other people. Their only purpose is to degrade and then they continue to try and stick the dagger in further. There is a God and there is a hell and you are destined for the latter.

I was wondering if this swift change is going to be impacted by the FCC or the FBI investigation into money laundering?

Yes he will. The hurricane will dramatically improve our client service, instill real teamwork amongst our team, invest in Cloud base technology, improve up-time and reliability, build great partnerships with our clients, help small business owners get back on their feet, truthfully address our merger cost reductions and ensure we are leaders in fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where all are welcome, which will result in a nice outcome for shareholders and associates. Can’t wait for the storm!
