@5yis+1gU04OuX Your comments are right on. I've certainly seen examples of what you describe.

Poor UX, they have no experience but do complain to get posts removed from this site.

I can’t be specific about my area of the company for obvious reasons. The main issue is the threats. Threatening layoffs, bosses that suggest that you could “be next” depending on the whimsy of the change program. Bosses that tell you to say exactly what execs want to hear because or else there will be consequences on “judgment day.” Disrespecting people who have been here and have institutional knowledge. Calling them “old-timers.” New leaders that say an entire department is inefficient without demonstrating that they have performed any sort of review. Things like this will really get you down.

Yes, I’m also curious on bullying or aggressive culture as I haven’t seen that, exactly.

@1pyf+1gU04OuX Can you talk about this more? I don’t see it tolerated in my area, but it’s a big company.

“You are the the victim of bullying, harassment or other egregious behaviour.”

^This. This is the one that stands out to me. When will TR investigate this culture of bullying and abuse? They’ve been on notice for a while.
