It was shared that exit/layoff conversations were completed ahead of today.

Everyone in supply chain in EHQ & ELC has now been informed if they have to leave Nike
Interesting they said so… heard of one person being laid off, director +10 years, partner marketing. They’re just probably giving convenient answers…
Any news on brand creative retail design?!
I joined NIKE recently with a permanent contract and got laid off today. They told me the criteria is not the talent performance, but the age brackets & years in the company as per the Dutch legislation. I asked if firing people who joined recently is making savings and they confirmed; that's because the severance package is a small one.
Overall I'm glad I worked in many other companies so I could compare the working culture at Nike vs others. Can't say I have regrets I was on the list today...
Wish lots of strength to anyone who is leaving or staying at NIKE. I think the win and the loss are equal in both situations.
