Think about the track record of Fiserv “leadership”. Fiserv was a middling company until they bought checkfree, the company Pete Kight built. Tom tried to run the payments business for Fiserv but his only talent was trying to dress cool but really just being another GE hack. Frank made his bones at chase but only because he benefited from 9/11. Then he led a pump and dump of first data to Fiserv. Ain’t no business books being written about these clowns.

Yeah, the Fiserv stock isn't doing as great as it was a few years ago.
Honestly he’s not doing that well for Wall Street either. Fiserv leads the down and trails the up in every major shift. Other than enriching himself what exactly is he doing for shareholders and employees
Truth is, Frank cares about Wall Street and that is all. Employees are only a number this is why Managers are so often completely unaware of who on their team is getting cut. It doesn't matter how much you contribute. I am all for capitalism but this guy is the epitome of corporate greed!
No CEO should ever make 102 mil in a year that employees get laid off.
@1ptm+13NgUA5Z, "pump and dump" indeed. First you're bent over and pumped, then they take a dump all over you. I left FD years ago and that was how Frank operated.
Built anything? Are you kidding me? The only thing that OFD leadership has ever built is a mess.
Yeah, First Data was a pump and dump, and it looks like Frank is bringing that playbook to Fiserv.
Last post sounds like the epayments cio wrote it
Dublin office will close within 18 months. Good luck all.
