@1phw+1uIoJjYe this is true only if you were eligible for the VSP and did not volunteer. If you were NOT eligible or you were eligible, volunteered and were rejected, you get the enhanced severance (thru end of March 2025).
It was clearly stated that if there were rifs after the vsp, they would receive the standard rif package. People knew.
