A Way Station is a place where people can stop when traveling from one place to another, nothing more. WF is a way station as you build your career. Stay only long enough to build your career and to get to your final destination. WF and all its subsidiaries should never be anything less than an interim stop on your career journey... to do otherwise you are squandering your time and delaying your career.

WFC is slowly getting its grubby fingers into WFA and the impact is visible. The golden years are long gone
WFA used to be the place FA’s retired from. Barry, Sol and co are driving it into the ground. HY needs to either sell it or spin it off before it completely dies.
