Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

BEWARE: Remote 3/2

Improve VPN capability that allows employees max of 2 days per week remote. If you cannot remote in because you have used up VPN allowed days you need to come to office or use PTO. Once PTOs run out HR gets involved.

This also helps with people coming to office to badge in for few hours and leave.

RTO must happen if we have the DEI. In other words, we know the blacks are lazy - I mean have the ADHD disability. If we have to keep hiring the blacks, we must have the RTO. Also, blacks are immune from the COVID.

What a horrid idea.

We have been told that if you are sick with possible contagious symptoms to not come in. You don't have to take PTO if you are coughing a lot but they don't want you in the office.

Or, shocking I know, there are people that work in the office all day AND then work some more at home in the evening. Or on weekends.

Those are just two of many reasons why your idea is just awful.

The problem with RTO attendance will solve itself. If you aren't compliant you will face consequences, including being put on performance improvement plans. Managers are now being held accountable for their employees. If they don't take action as managers, their managers will take action against them. People will be forced out of the company or forced into RTO compliance.

Lol this is the d-mbest thing I've seen on here yet.

Remember this is the same company that had to remind people to sign off pulse everyday because our pathetic network was literally crumbling during the early pandemic.

If true, would only make sense for hourly employees as salaried may need to work overtime

Workers showing up each day self-impose enough punishment on themselves. RTO or remote, all bad. No need for WF to lift a finger and waste resources on whatever cockamamy idea OP is drumming up.

I'm curious of the psychology behind these troll posts. This one was obviously made with little thought behind it.

Why would they enforce compliance in the most convoluted way possible that also exposes the bank to huge operational risks - imagine malfunction locks critical people out of the system.

This is a troll of the month post
