Why do managers treat us nicer when home office are in the clubs and they act nicer ? I never understood that .

They should pull associates aside and ask them questions when MANAGERS ARE NOT STANDING NEAR THEM ASSOCIATES ARE SCARED TO SPEAK UP

@1nzi+19I4cajE, home office people don't give a rat's@$$ about talking to associates or hearing their concerns. All they want to know is that mangers are carrying out the instructions they send down & that clubs are making money. Each associate is nothing more than a number and a hit to payroll.

I wish home office would come in and talk to associates not just walk around with managers. That what I dont understand. They never walk around talking to asssociates asking how things are going and if there any problems they see. Why is that? If anyone from home office actually does read this maybe u should speak to associates without managers with u and u may hear a lot more than u think is really going on in ur clubs. Just a thought.

I'd rather question home office as to why they come in & treat associates nice. Then go back to bentonville & come up with ways to phuk us any way they can.
