Is that DM still around? Or get promoted?
I've had people in my store fired for numbers, had a di-k head Dm that basically wanted anyone not hitting numbers out the door, our district had a lot of good employees, even managers quit because of this guy, if you didn't sell x amount of hums, write up, y amount of pull through, write up, little low on accessories, write up. He was great for morale!
The person down below talking about sucky employees either is a new part timer, management, or is one of the terrible employees that actually got a raise on the new commission structure.
They can't fire you for numbers they can only just put you on programs and plans to improve your numbers and then that's when you throw your hands down and ask him to show you how it's done. Good luck seeing any manager ever sell anything they probably wouldn't even know how to get into a customer's count at this point let alone process and order. Also with the talk tracks of how cr---y the systems are overworked understaffed how do you argue with that, plus shouldn't numbers take a back burner to RIS since that's what mostly were paid on
Maybe you just suck as an employee?
