There appear to be significant, systemic issues within the organization from HOU to FL, influenced heavily by the DIR and MOFOs. Employees who are not in their favor may face negative treatment and termination. The DIR and my MO-O maintain a very close personal relationship, which seems to affect professional boundaries. Additionally, my MO-O previously operated a tower maintenance company where he appeared to benefit improperly. Although this was investigated, he was able to avoid consequences, and the Dir chose not to pursue further action.... that's how the cookie crumbles...Roll Tide!
