How could the 20 year plus employees survive this round of layoffs…Director and Manager?
Good old boy network is still alive and thriving.
Hardworking, educated, younger employees did not get a fair shake, 20 plus years of corruption…shame on you Director and Manager!

There have been several rounds of layoffs. Were you saying this in 2020 when they began? Or in 2023 when towers was shredded? Or were those all good because you weren’t affected?

Unjust layoffs and improper terminations must stop immediately. Managers and Directors including those operating within the entrenched Good Old Boy Network must be held fully and visibly accountable for their misconduct. Employees must stand together and elevate these concerns without hesitation through the proper channels, including submitting formal complaints to Business Support and filing anonymous complaints with the Ethics Hotline to ensure a thorough investigation and decisive corrective action.

I got laid off in 23 and it wasn't because I was a bad worker It was because I work for a corrupt p o s ops Manager. That I bet his a-s is still working for crown because that's the kind of c** crown keeps. If I said where he was everybody knows who he is and no one could sit here and tell me I'm wrong. The only reason he still has a job is because of who we knows. I started in 2000 and after 2002 crown took off with John Kelly he was the best CEO we had and then Ben , then he retired and then it went to s* even though some of the cr-p building started with Ben because he hired the b** in most people here will know who I'm talking about and after he had his health scare he wasn't watching the front office well enough. In my opinion. A few months before I was let go My manager was investigating internally. I thought he for sure get laid off nope I got laid off That's crown.

I don’t quite think you understand the meaning of the word corruption.
There appear to be significant, systemic issues within the organization from HOU to FL, influenced heavily by the DIR and MOFOs. Employees who are not in their favor may face negative treatment and termination. The DIR and my MO-O maintain a very close personal relationship, which seems to affect professional boundaries. Additionally, my MO-O previously operated a tower maintenance company where he appeared to benefit improperly. Although this was investigated, he was able to avoid consequences, and the Dir chose not to pursue further action.... that's how the cookie crumbles...Roll Tide! Yes, I was cut and I am no longer a Purple Person...see YA!
You think it’s bad down south you should look at the good old boy network in the New England. The managers and director sit in the same room and don’t do sh!t! They will as usual be the last ones standing. They all look out for each other.
I’m just hanging on for the bonus once the sale is official and then I’m out of here. I’ve kissed enough a-s and sit in the office everyday and don’t have to do sh!t. I watch everyone scramble. I am now part of the good ol boy network. If they take me with them when they leave I know I’ll be set for life!
