Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Wells Fargo is becoming better.

The cooperate interns that I are coming have really amazing skills and experience. They are coming from top schools and have insane amount of relevant skills. Right now the count is with 300+ interns at many different locations all over the United States and India. There are people even coming from Europe to participate in the internship program. All of them are getting payed top dollar. It is insane. I am happy for this huge stream of talent pouring in.

@1nhe+1a6hgyKF No way is OP a troll. All of he misspellings and bizarre grammatical errors scream San Francisco public education and failed CA college system.

OP is HR and not very bright, posting to a layoff website.

Prolly trying to distract any new hires or interns thinking about joining Wells.

Dear noobs and interns, good luck, and remember, an HR person posted something this obvious and tone deaf to a layoff website.

That's the kind of company you'll be joining.

Its hard to be excited for untrained kids coming when we are saying goobye to so many longterm fully trained people.

You will expend our energy, and take the training somewhere else and we will just be more tired

Hilarious! I am genuinely happy for them, and want the best. But all this place wants a compliant, yes men and women and newly influenceable people out of colllege are just that. Its more easy to train a corporate sheep when you get them young.

how does an intern have experience? Experience starts at 7 - 15+ years professional experience, not school. Everyone knows the education system in the US needs a complete overhaul at a top school or a community college, all of them are decades out dated.
