I received a RIF notice today [US remote]. There will be a lot more with closures of small offices (like Chicago) and Fiserv's attempt to align any workers including remote to the big 5 - Berkeley Heights, Omaha, Alpharetta, Coral Springs, and Brookfield. I wouldn't trust them for relo if you have roots, just for them to eliminate your position 6 months down the line. Frank's salary is ridiculously massive when the little orange minions are just trying to make a living wage. "Merit" increases are beyond a joke. Beware baby acquired companies that the pay and benefits will never be as good once gobbled up.

Let’s not forget Hagerstown. Coral Springs is a dump. It is where people go to get torpedoed
Sorry to hear the news OP. F@!$ Frank!
“ Frank loves it because Florida has cheap labor he can fire whenever he wants (it’s a right to work state).”
“Right to work” refers to the ability to work without joining a union. “At will” refers to firing as you mentioned. “At will” also means the employee can quit without notice.
Coral Springs has been a main hub for years, even though the place is a dump and looks like it hasn’t been maintained in about 20 years.
There are 2 buildings. Building 1 is mostly customer service and operations folks. It’s also a former torpedo factory that is officially listed as a superfund site for toxic chemicals (true story, look it up).
Building 2 is a hodgepodge of lawyers, developers and other miscellaneous workers. It used to have a large BAMS contingent before the JV dissolved.

Chicago employees are impacted? or any other location also impacted?
I had no idea that Cotal Springs was considered one of the main hubs.
I thought it was Frisco and not Omaha.
I would have thought Frisco
Brookfield is a Big 5?
I’m sorry. But honestly, in the long run you’ll be happier and find something better.
Sorry to hear about this RIF.
Can you share which BU or role?
