Just to show how little this company cares about Banking, the main Bank page on Fiserv.com has a featured link to the '2021 Trends in Community Banking' (at the bottom of the page). Pretty sure nothing innovative has happened at the company since then to share.

Bank has been dead have you seen our extranets for our clients? they are so embarrassingly 90’s! For a tech company we are the most technically inept I’ve ever seen.

Our Global Brand team lacks any real marketing and product acumen. It's hard to recall a single beneficial initiative that has rolled out to help teams execute. It's all been window dressing and theatre to appease the C-Level and make things look better than they are.
