Has anyone here heard that those employees making over 200k wont get a "promotion raise" this year?

It’s documented in hrss. Now managers may increase bonus by a few thou to cover what the employee may normally get for a raise, but raises will not happen unless OC signs off (not likely).
@1nei+1eRBezLI, OMG. Step away from the p1pe!!!
This will not happen 2 years in a row. They can’t afford to lose those employees to competitors. They will most definitely get a raise, as cost of living has gone up for everyone.
Here is what i am waiting to hear from HR. Total compensation. Thanks to all the people that complained about the cost of them to return to office. Gas, maintenance, time, day care clothes, food etc. So when you get practically zero they will say that since you worked remote the entire year you essentially received 3 or 400 a month or more added to your supplemental income because you had cost avoidance therefore you they gave you an increase in your pay that they have taken into consideration. I have already heard that. People say it is going to cost me XXXX to RTO. Oh that was your raise for the last year thanks for the heads up.
I got a 100% raise by getting a side gig as a contractor...
That was last year. Try to keep up.
I thought it was 150K and up.
Tellers should take a pay cut instead.
Before they let anyone else go, I think they should look into the vaccinated people. These people get sick again and again because they choose to and then stay home on company time and unvaccinated people like us have to pay the price by doing their job or it should be PTO.
I see there is a posting for Technology Director and the salary range is actually listed. I thought it would be higher than that.
NICE! COOL!!
Thank Heavens I make WAY LESS than 200k! Raise for me this year! Yay!
....um...ok wait.....ummm.....sigh....never mind.
Why does Charlie get raises then
Most already knew about the no raise, which is a small portion of tvc. More important is the bonuses.
Seriously? No raises for all those new PE's that have been hired......ooooooo
After they find out how bad WF tech really is (yesteryear) and then with NO RAISE on top of it?.....bet they don't even hit the 6mo mark (as one other poster in another thread mentioned) before they bail!!
in most cases you won't get standard merit consideration. it can happen but likely won't. promotion should still see an increase but that budget still needs to come from the 3% pool which does not include >200k. also, the 200k is based on base

anyone know merit and how much bonus was funded?
No inflation in Wells Fargo hub cities?
Lol
Sincerely,
A peon 2
Is this base 200k or does this base + bonus?
HAHA
Thoughts and prayers.
Over 200k will not receive raises. This is outlined in the year-end compensation article in hrss.
