Those at the top never admit their mistakes and take no responsibility for their actions. That is why it is more important for them to maintain the apparent illusion that everything is under control and satisfy their ego, instead of leading tangible and beneficial changes for the better.
The only changes they don't resists are those with immediate payoff for them, such as cuts.

@2dmx+1btTJgoh What do you mean by customers are paying extra for 5G UW ? I thought that most of the unlimited plans included it ? Ohhhhh wait ...you mean like a customer is on a 2GB plan and they are told in order for a 5G phone to work they need to be on a higher plan ? If that is what you mean then 100% facts. No need to be on an UW plan if the service won’t be available for a few years. Yup super shady indeed.
They been talking about selling off corporate retail for years and years. So yeah I guess eventually it will happen and you will be right. The free 5G phone promo is just a bait to get people hooked into changing their data plans and spending more money in the long term. Remember you don’t get 5G UW on a 2GB plan. Trust me I understand Verizon needs to make money for the network but that’s just it the 5G network is still very much in its infancy. Millions of people are paying extra for UW service that doesn’t exist anywhere near them. It may take several more years to be in the same areas as LTE. It just seems very shady unless someone can prove it otherwise.
They are doing a multi million dollar add campaign so they can say "look, we tried everything" to the stock holders when they tell them to sell off all the retail stores.
@1mcq+1btTJgoh Highly disagree when they are running a multi million dollar ad campaign for a free 5G phone. Please come into get your free upgrade because we have so much staff on to help you with all your needs.
When will y'all get it.... They don't want it to get better.... They want you to quit... They want the customers to stop coming to the store.
40 million dollar parachute plus he's already on the board at goldman sachs
All of our “leaders” have few marketable skills. The only thing they seem to excel in is self-deception.
The sad thing is they are in a delusional bubble and think they are amazing leaders. The have started to believe their own bull s
Why would anyone take any responsibility for the lack of morale, the terrible outfits, the POS systems..like they cant even bother to fix a tool we use daily to make them money then they get mad when the numbers dont look to their satisfaction. And at the end of it all Hans with get let go with a fat multi-year salary payout and prob move on to another company to burn that to the ground too.
