Through next Wednesday, I'm hearing. Since I looked two hours ago it's gone from 731 to 736 fired in the US. Sorry to bear bad news but you're not safe yet.

@1loi+1vAwsFfw Where are you seeing those numbers. From what I’ve heard in MS tech they are targeting 8-10% and if you have arbitration in your department you subtract from the given target.
Assuming 40,000 and if 10% is true than it’s 4,000
Read the WARN requirements again. 50-499 at a single site if it's more than 33% of the employees at that site, or 500+ at a single site regardless of percentage. They've not hit either of those numbers in this RIF if I am reading the numbers correctly.
WARN also triggers if over 500. FYI

The number fired in the US just jumped another 93 from 752 to 845 in the last hour. Sorry but we're not done. My contact says she's still hearing that layoffs will continue through next Wednesday. Good luck, everyone.

WARN act is triggered for mass layoffs of at least 50 employees at a single site, they were strategic that the number was not met at a location
Where did you get that number of folks laid off. Shouldn’t that trigger the WARN act?
