Nike, you fu---d me up. You told me to "STFU", multiple times. I was a victim and you didn't care. AT ALL. I was told to STFU. I understand you are the largest law firm in Oregon. But I hope someday, you get yours.I still hurt immensely to this day. I will never be normal again. I hope the Leaders read this post with some empathy, guilt, and a way forward. Doubt it. For those of you left impacted or left behind, speak! Speak your truth! Do it! Now is the time. Don't let your voice be silenced.

Do not trust Nike. Document all evidence on personal devices. Seek lawyer advice and therapy
I don’t doubt something happened to you. Nike is a cesspool of narcissistic sociopaths. Everyone knows that Nike is run like a high school, retaliating & back stabbing are the way things are done. Sure go ahead & speak up, you will be dealt with by the cool kids. The only way to speak up is as a previous poster said, fully documented on equipment that Nike does not own & presented to legal council.

Don’t speak up. Do document, without using company equipment. Then take your evidence to a lawyer and follow their advice.
Speaking up will earn retaliation despite what the fancy PowerPoints say. It also gives Nike a chance to clean up any evidence.
