People say this then down vote when you remind them that they are cogs producing sh-t for everything internal at fiserv. I bet it's all the same for everyone here.

Frank kicked Bjerke out and installed a new CEO from Ondot. New CEO brought in his people and put them in charge of the 100 Day projects. The result? Absolute chaos.

Clover was always pretty disorganized and had issues with process, but what is happening now is a pure garbage fire. Products are being rushed to the finish line without any thought or planning. Those in charge of the roadmap didn’t take any time to learn the ecosystem, so they kept hitting roadblocks and technical constraints. Everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

Not only is the new leadership disorganized, but they’re also bullies. There have been HR reports galore. Pretty much everyone still there would jump at the next opportunity to leave. It’s actually hilarious that they think they can compete with Square and Toast like this.
