What is an RSC?
and now I’ll take a sip of my coffee. That bstd should have gone as well
Lots of RSCs let go yesterday. Anyone know how many?
When you have a $1 billion dollar layoff severance allowances filed with OCC, for 2024, you should probably start looking.
Won't matter when they start laying off massive #s of ICs next. They can auto pilot for a couple months until then.
@dcx+1qWKm4me if you have to ask what is CSBB, then just go ahead and turn in your badge now
How can you fire hundreds of managers but no ICs? People are going to have a whole lot of directs and you don't need a PhD in biz to know that it's certainly possible to have too many reports to effectively manage them.
Which state?
Consumer Small Business Banking
@dcx+1qWKm4me. CSBB is Saul's group. Think branch network, call centers, etc. It was a bloodbath today. I haven't seen a final number come back but it was at least several hundred.
Perhaps more ominous, I can tell you that this date was accelerated. The plan was for a late Feb date or early March but was urgently accelerated.
What LOB is CSBB?

That’s actually a sweet gig! Same (or better) pay and often no direct reports/employees.
Friend that’s a bus execution consultant was let go today in CSBB.
Heard some re-org. Some managers will become Principle AC
CSBB managers never done any sh**
