CVS is by far the worst environment I have ever worked in.

@1jme+1ozUzTK8, you described and summarized my experience with the leaders and culture very well!
Too many inexperienced and incompetent people in leadership roles, placed via favoritism, a lot of ‘yes’ people, many cliques and ones that don’t even bother learning the work of the business units they are leading. They are often self-centered and focus in self-preservation and inhibit and bully good leaders reporting to them, creating environments of fear
You are not alone! I knew I was in trouble the first month in and regretted my decision and have only seen things get worse over time. I don’t know how I lasted as long as I did. This is all a blessing in disguise. Life is short and we don’t need to endure an unhealthy culture and company claiming to care about our hearts and health when the opposite is more of the reality. Lots of smoke and mirrors and PC/wokeness. Hallelujah, I’m free at last! My heart is no longer going to be used and abused by CVS❣️
