I’m sorry but I like fiserv. And I think it’s going to be energizing to move to New Jersey. If that’s not your thing that fine, but I’m on board

Good luck with your choice. Seriously.
I don't wish ill on you for doing what you feel you need to do for you and yours.
I won't be joining you in NJ.
But I really do hope (not being sarcastic here) you have a job six months to a year after the move. I just can't trust them with this personally, but I hope for you that I am wrong.
I can see your point, and truly, I was not being negative by asking. It sounds like you’re doing what’s best for you, and I wish you all the best!
I stated I was excited for a change. From the Midwest to the east coast and a chance to spend time in NYC. Again, to me, that feels energizing. It’s just me moving so that makes it easier. Did not mean to start such a negative thread
I am curious to know what the OP likes about the company and why they think moving to Nj will be energizing.
FYI, I started here a few months ago, and at first thought I might like it, but, I have decided I really don't like it and that I could find something better, and I have interviews in the works. My spouse is being converted to full time, he doesn't love it, but, is OK with it. Also, I already live in NJ and I love NJ, so I am wondering what the OP thinks they will like about NJ.
It's not fair for what is being done, especially for our virtual/remote associates who have NOTHING to do with a client. It's bull. No one works at Fiserv passively. It takes grit, determination, and then some. Our heart and soul is put into this place every day.
All the communication to how much they care, is all cr-p. We know it.
Taking away the 401k match at the start of pandemic, as keeping or jobs and Fiserv afloat was okay. Taking almost 2 years to reinstate, pathetic.
Giving away OUR money to causes Fiserv finds worthy, pathetic.
BYOD when the phone is used more for work than personal, even more pathetic.
Yet we still give our best every day. Not because of Fiserv, but because of WHO WE ARE.
It sucks. In the end they have to live with themselves and the mess they are leaving so many lives and families.
Keep drinking the Kool-aid you freaking mo--n.
Bitterness on a layoff site?!?
It impacts me and my family BIG TIME. Not a great time for this happening coming out or trying to move on from pandemic and losing loved ones. Enough stress. But still not the end of the world. Cannot live in hate or bitterness.
Choose peace for yourself.
The poster has a positive attitude, most of you are just bitter
"If thats not your thing, fine"
Uhhh its not "fine", thats the entire point. Its mandatory or you're fired for many.
Everything is great as long as it doesnt affect you.
Great attitude, to author of the post.
Nothing remains the same, and we ourselves are responsible for the choices we make. Your choosing to stay or move on can be one of the greatest experiences of your life, but that is your choice. Embrace the possibilities of what lies ahead, with Fiserv or without Fiserv. Life is too fragile and too short to live hating and being downtrodden. It's not our company to make these decisions, but our choice in what to do. Do what is best to live a full, happy, and healthy life.
It's a job, not your life.
Not trying to be mean, only putting things in perspective. You signed up for a job, not a life sentence. Peace.
It’s really pathetic these rah rah posts considering what this company is doing to hardworking dedicated employees
Guy, get back on those SSB outages! They literally couldn't even board accounts today. Get your act together, focus on employee health, and stop wasting so much money on Wallstreet PR. #fisvembarrassed
An energizing view of the gravel pit and asphalt plant across the street maybe
Rrright......
