Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Pulse at Forum

Bank customer here at Forum. It feels very diluted. All platitudes really. Was hoping for more focused, core-specific break outs. Getting a bunch of different core customers in one room really is not synergistic for us.

Fiserv's pulse flatlined the moment Jeff Yabuki left and mini drunk Satan took over.

Overall the pulse at the event, and Fiserv in general, is pretty damn weak lol.

People paid about $2k to go to this 'event'?? WOW! Waste of $$. It actually USED to be a good event!

Credit Union client here. Just returned from Vegas. I agree with OP - conference sessions were very diluted and seemed similar to the last in person conference in 2019. Except this time they sprinkled in ChatGPT, AI and fintech references to try to make it relevant. Core roadmap was very light on specifics and delivery dates. Not sure why they had Pat Benatar- most of her songs were popular before I was born and probably before Fiserv was a company. Guess they skimped on client appreciation, kinda like they have been doing with service and support.

@1jbg+1n7LbLo3 I probably would say 90%. Lol

Frank was actually caught a few times stating that the only clients he cares about or is willing to meet are those who are in thr $5B and above range. I know of two former account executives who begged him to meet their clients who were having issues and he refused because of asset size.

You can bet probably 75 percent of what you heard was made up BS or just talking points to get through the event. Frank doesn’t even like Forum events. There’s nothing innovative about the man. He (and now Fiserv) doesn’t actually build anything. He acquires it, guts it, and either renders it obsolete or retires it.

I like how the best place to provide feedback was an anonymous message board about layoffs. It really demonstrates how well Fiserv communicates with clients.

Frank destroyed First Data, leaving it vulnerable and in position to be snapped up by Fiserv. Brilliant minds turned they keys to the kingdom over to Frank who is now destroying Fiserv. We are a shell of the company we used to be.
Fiserv used to be a good place to work. Frank has destroyed that in just a few years. He knows one thing. How to cut those that can make a difference in our products and services while he reaps a huge salary and bonuses.
Don’t be fooled by Client First or any other buzz word they throw at you. That was true at one time but is long gone.
Find another processor if you can. The slide in product feature/functionality will continue to deteriorate. Cut your losses if you can.

Let it be a message to you how tone deaf Frank is. The Fiserv you partnered with is no more.

Sorry you wasted your money. They have trimmed every support team drastically there isn’t anything new to discuss. We are struggling to support what you already have. Our fearless leaders are either ignorant or oblivious. Neither bodes well for our clients.
