@1ixn+17S4FEuK I think it depends on the job. I've entertained more than five offers last month before choosing the one I wanted. Started slow, with just one or two calls two months ago, and exploded in October. At one time, I was interviewing close to three hours a day.

There is no second wave because we never left the first wave.

Over 120,000 new cases a day and we're heading into cold and flu season.

I hope folks are still hiring because I'll need a job soon one way or another, but pandemic denial maybe isn't a good idea.
