Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Serious question. How do DL’s justify cutting people’s ratings and raises after SM puts them in?

People work hard and deserve to be compensated fairly. A district leader cutting people down, takes away all the incentive to work hard. Don’t they know that?

If you go over your budget, yes. If you give everyone a 5, yes. If you are an honest manager, most people get a 3.

@1iiw+1tulA8uL You say that, but try giving out a 4 or 5 rating. DL gonna wipe that out real quick and make sure no one gets above a 3. It su-ks to bust your b-tt only to get "average" rating.
