Where is this company going? It’s time that someone pulls the plug and hold Verizon accountable. Surveys simply cannot get attached to my one’s pay. What’s the legal procedure to get going with this? I won’t be surprised if a class action lawsuit might be underway. After Sprint, it should be Verizon’s turn.

There will be legal actions soon. All it takes is a slight revelation of their evil plan in the media. There will be repercussions to this since everyone does not drink kool aid. There will be individuals who take it into legal hands. Corruption is an all time high in Verizon and its time for a complete wipe out of the current level peeps & replace them.

only in these 3 states do employees contribute to SUTA taxes: Alaska, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
In all other states, the tax is paid solely by the employer.
good news is, if you get fired for performance, you will qualify for UI. so try to get fired sooner rather than later for the booster UI benefits you have paid into your entire career.

Your two hourly checks are greater then the BS team commission check. If you are going to be held accountable to some bs reports then bring it. It's shark eat shark again. No incentive to work as a team and help your peers for a measly $500 bucks if that after tax. Just do you and what you need to get bye.
Agreed! Their is no “team” anything besides getting that c-appy commission check. Even if you max out it’s still pathetic. A store full of part-timers is not going to bring the quality verizon is looking for. They will start to learn the hard way real soon here. The mass exodus is coming in June when multi stores go to combined quote... what a joke
Nope it says that they aren't supposed to coach to the QoS daashboard. Says right in the documents when you look it up. Also you should know that every transaction counts towards your QoS metrics. This includes sim cards and CLNRs. Your contribution will go up because you made a transaction but your sales targets will go down. Akin to a naked upgrade.
The team is out the window. A team with individual metrics is not a team. The only thing team now is the small a$$ bonus at the end of the month. If my job is on the line because of a report I'm going to focus on what gets me paid. My hourly check. Good luck getting me to do anything that isn't helping customers because the big brains at Verizon decided that there are only 5 metrics that contribute to the team.
