I am curious. I personally think most likely they won’t give Christmas bonuses.

After 35 years at Fiserv, never got a Xmas bonus other than “we made a donation in your name”. Left for another company, and got a 3% bonus. There are real opportunities out there, give yourself a gift!

You need to draw a line. If you do that, they’ll keep expecting you to do it.
Can't use unlimited r&r if you already hit your limit now having to use it for every little thing like a doc appt that you used to just work out with your manager, or WFH for.
Also, you can't take r&r if they've cut your team down to the point where it's nearly impossible to take it and maintain coverage. Cause you manager will enforce coverage above your ability to use your pto.
Finally, what good is r&r if when you take it, you're still expected to sign in for meetings, check-ins, etc...
Face it, with the attorneys at the top, nothing here is really being done illegally, but they are knowingly sc--wing us over constantly for their own fun and profit.
It was the Dawali bonuses handed out to a number of white employees.
But we only have so many hours of unlimited* R&R available.
They do give Thxgiving and Xmas off. Just use your limitless R&R for other days around the holidays.

Most places I've worked for give turkey day and black Friday off. They also give Xmas day and Xmas day eve off. They can't even do that here.
And to add insult to injury this year, for many in tech focused groups responsible for keeping servers humming and happy. We get to work 7 days a week until Jan 2; manually checking our products and reporting on them in 3-4 meetings per day.
No we don't get bonuses, we don't even get proper time off.
This isn't Christmas vacation.
Of course Not! We are to bow down with gratitude to have a job..a$500 gift card would be very nice considering the lousy increases… MOST are below the bonus level..gratitude goes both ways

Yes! It is given in the form of severance for the people who were blessed with a layoff. It is a Christmas bonus that Fiserv intends to give associates year round.
