The people in the C-suite, the supposedly smart, college educated, business savvy executives running this company, are clearly asleep at the wheel. They didn't see this Medicare Advantage stuff coming? And yet by the end of the year the head honcho's will probably all still get their fat bonuses, while the little people at the bottom get told sorry this is the best we can do.

putting all your apples in the medicare/medicaid business was a bad idea. See it before and it always fails.
Socialized healthcare? On this forum of all forums? Hey mo--ns how much of revenue comes from the government? How much do we spend on lobbying? But yeah it's socialized healthcare that's the problem. Guess that's what happened to the Steward hospital system. Oh wait nevermind they were gutted bleed dry by private equity. Wonder how much revenue they took from the government on the way out.
On a side note Dell and other companies have implemented the same color code system to track office attendance. What a fu---n coincidence. But aye at least our raises keep up with inflation otherwise we'd just be wasting our time like clowns. Oh....wait a min...
Never been this bad. Hard to imagine a turnaround with this leadership. They are completely lost.
Socialized healthcare? Does that mean no more go-go boots?
Everything is falling apart. Anyone who does not accept that socialized healthcare is coming, whether we want it or not, is in a state of denial. Huge salaries, stock options, golden parachutes, massive office/medical complexes, middle class incomes dropping, illegals pouring in...just a matter of time.
With any luck the BOD/shareholders will sh----n Karen. Billions wasted on Coram, billions currently being wasted on a brain dead, doomed to failure primary care misadventure, hundreds of millions wasted on internally developed software, etc. Enough is enough.
@1hip+1stSRpdw Aetna Medicare guy forced to retire? That sounds more like forced out to protect the people at the very top. Typical of CVS to scapegoat someone.
Agreed. All the other insurers were reporting this, but we didn’t know?
Karen will be gone soon, and the Aetna Medicare guy was forced to "retire"
Most leadership lacks competence of any kind, especially the ones from a certain country. They are experts at politics and mind games, CVS culture is an absolute dumpster fire filled with insecurity. Anyone let go should count their blessings and move on!
The problem is that none of the executives are well educated, smart, or business savvy. That goes for a lot of leadership at CVS. So they just make reactive, haphazard, shallow decisions on a whim.
