I'm shocked that a mass exodus hasn't happened yet. I'm not sure what's still keeping people here, because I can't think of many positive sides to working here. Other than the scarcity of available jobs, that is. I think that could be the only reason Humana still has any employees left.

This is true in a few limited cases. There are some that needs to be removed but as a whole I think I’m doing great.
The ones that need removing are usually brown nosers and a few grannies we just have to keep.
Randy, I’ve been very successful at H and am not jealous of anyone. I know how things work here. There’s a bunch of circus clowns running the show. Ask yourself if you’re truly happy with the lack of success the company as a whole saw last year. No one likes there bonus cut.

If you can’t find a job, why is this a problem for the company you loathe?
They don't want to pay out severance to many. Which is why they will just burn these employees out and make them want to quit on their own.

Who cares what the government knows. They do the same thing and complaining will make you look like a disgruntled employee who is jealous is the success of others.
Most that I know are waiting for RIF and severance.

But remember for people with connections this is heaven. Where else can a nontechnical person get a technical role and keep getting promoted for delegating the work to technical people more junior while pocketing huge sums?
