Any CC here from Home and Community? The level of micromanaging and constant criticism from management to our whole team is crazy. Huge push to not auth past LCD on predict. This company also seems to forget that appealing is a members legal right!!

They change the metric focus every other day. Never know which number will result in your demise hopefully my stress end next week when I'm punted out. Thought this was my 'old age' job
Is there any talk about the CC/SICC role moving to RNs off shore? Seems like most of the patient “facing” roles are for nurses in general. The open PSR roles seem to be for nurses only as well.
Yup!!! Even though its not a goal anymore they are still tracking it and coordinators are still getting spoken to about it. Everyone is just quiet quitting at this point with all the pressure and offensive raises. The large department meetings/state of the unions are maddening. Leadership is far removed from the reality of the role.
You don’t make any money when members get to exercise their benefits, so…
This company can’t even follow simple regulations and other key laws so how can you expect them to do right by their customers.
