Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

South Florida selling 5G Home with fake Addresses!!!!!

About time those employees get caught using a fake address to sell Verizon 5G Home and 2 weeks later customers come back to cancel the service.

So, if someone told you that Miami is selling 5G Home like crazy don't believe them

Employees are using a fake address to qualify the customer and then we all know what happens, Cancel 5G Home!!!

Nice try Verizon faking the numbers so technically Verizon is not selling 5G Home at all unless the 20-year-olds are committing fraud sales to look good with their managers.

Sounds familiar with those selling eSim huh!

@1ndi+1i9MoI4Y So in my situation I use the LTE home internet for streaming on my tv’s and iPad and laptop. If I was a gamer I would totally agree with you about the data speeds. Also I pay 25 a month for LTE home compared to 100 with Xfinity. It’s not for everyone but it works for me.

@1frl+1i9MoI4Y what kind of ghetto city do you live to have Verizon LTE 20mbps LOL

Verizon LTE is for those out of nowhere that big cable wireline companies operate.

I wouldn't want 20Mbps Verizon over 500 from Comcast

@1dic+1i9MoI4Y. Who GAF about biometrics unless you are a kool aide drinking manager ? Nobody that’s who ! Bio’s are severely skewed because of certain stores slamming. We do things the right way in our store but mostly last in all bios. That’s why we don’t stress about it.

It’s happening everywhere. Banner pops happen even though the customers address doesn’t qualify. Tell me how that’s fair in biometrics.

I know for a fact that LTE home works in an address that is not qualified. I have LTE home and lived in a qualified area then moved a few months ago into an area that was not qualified. My LTE home works fine no issues. Once the product is activated it’s works anywhere. If the customer agrees to the temporary address change then go for it.

So did you report to to the ethics hotline or did you just rush here to tell everyone instead? If you didn't report it, you are part of the problem.

This is going on in Connecticut but mostly with LTE Home. The addresses are real but not the actual customers address buying the product. It works too ! All these stores continue to manipulate numbers. Just pull up reports for some districts in Connecticut when it comes to Esims, Business One Talk and LTE Home internet. Esim and one talk zero usage. One store sold out 10 LTE home internet under the same address. They have been changing the customers address to qualify , selling the product out and then changing the address back. Zero integrity. These slimy methods coming to a store near you.
