Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

The stock is $44 today from $51 last week

Very alarming how VZ stock goes down without a Parachute!

5G sales don't work! What's the point of selling a 5G Home for the device to come back in less than 30 days because it doesn't work.

Its absolute mo--nic deployment. Failed network capacity 5g orders every day. Absolute stupid activation failures.

No worse marketing strategy than to promote something that doesn’t work.

This is indicative of the VZ culture though. You better hit my launch date, I’ve got another Ferrari to buy with the bonus I’ll get. Don’t let that pesky quality thing get in the way.

@1fnc+1hTBFQmt yep, and to make up the money Verizon is losing they are paying very low low lowwwwwwwww commission checks.

Before Vteamers were happy with $4K a month then $2.5 then $1200 and now $600

Welcome to the $20 an hour kids!!!!

I saw this coming years ago and got out. Verizon has had some major failures that were very expensive. You can use the HUM and go90 for starters. Now its the home electronics warranty and credit card. Spend 10x more than it makes. That’s the Verizon way lol

When I started working at Verizon it was an amazing job. Last couple years it wasn’t even worth putting up with. Now I got a job mailing similiar money but I have every weekend and holiday off

Better start looking for a job before its too late

Outrageous churn rate for home 5g.
Incredibly short-sighted to sell where the network can't handle it. Talk about poisoning the well.
Tarnishing the brand that has been known as the best for decades isn't such a great idea.

The gross adds for 5g home was 368k. The net adds was half that. Just an absurd churn rate.

@ujc. You know how management is, they said they would do that and then realize that doing that won't make enough money so they interfere with that plan and make them open areas that shouldn't be for sale.

Short sighted but whoever made that decision will just jump to another seat in the game of musical chairs.

5G is very convenient for alerting the authorities if you refuse to ingest your daily cricket delivered by your robot while you have your injection.

Plus they have door to door agents slamming boxes. Nobody will want the service once it works because they tried it when it was garbage. Building a bad reputation one customer at a time. Vzw sukx

I didn't know that there were issues with the home 5g devices. Don't they limit sales only to where the network has a lot of capacity?

Yeah those things come back as fast as they go out. No one seems to care.
