It’s only a matter of time before this whole AI thing comes crashing down. Society is already fighting back and that momentum is rapidly growing. For us, I look forward to “the hack”, which we all know is coming at some point. We’re being instructed to use AI (CoPilot mostly) to speed up the analysis to deliver quicker. Yet that analysis contains private financial information from our clients. Copilot remembers. What you put on it, stays on it. We’ve essentially put our trust into Microsoft’s hands. Mark my words, the day will come when that confidential information gets hacked and leaked. Clients will be furious. Reputations will be damaged. It may not be Bank of America, but it’ll be someone in our universe. The end result will be clients demanding that their information not be shared with AI. This whole thing smells just like the EV push/hype from 2020, which is now heavily responsible for the massive losses being taken by the automotive world.

People problems, can only be fixed by people.

The bank has several AI platforms, some better than others. Copilot seems to be the one which is most widely available and also perhaps the least impressive in terms of user-friendliness and breadth of capabilities. I can’t believe how impressed I am with the platforms I am using, it’s changed the way I work, in a good way. I am solving problems I could not have tackled as recently as six months ago. The bank knows that AI is going to change how we work, dramatically, I was very skeptical until the first moment this thing blew my mind .

Yes!! Every time I open an email as soon as I close the email there’s an Outlook invite tee-d up that I didn’t want, didn’t ask for, and don’t need! But it makes it so confusing because I’m wondering why it’s open and if I was working on something or if it’s an invite, I just received… ridiculous is the perfect way to explain this! Are people not complaining? Do they not realize what’s going on??!?

AI rolled out here by a bunch of clowns and yes men.

@OP I wrote out a long instruction email last week to our development team and Copilot asked "Would you like to check in Copilot" Stupid me agrees and it completely fumbled the entire thing, wiping out order of instructions, leaving out some important details, etc. I had to write it all again.

This has everything to do with the NEW Outlook not AI. Yes everyone hates the new Outlook. Enjoy!!!!
