As per source from top executive, ETW contracts will not be extended for long and remaining FTE has to do the job ? Is this strategy to save 2 billions? No growth in future and overwork? Frustration at its peak!!

@1ebh+1sqi9KNo Wish my department had the respect to tell us that, they’re too busy milking us for all we’re worth and telling us they have no idea what’s happening
Yeah this is true. Our contracts are being ended to focus on retaining full time employees. Right from management’s mouth. I’m sure that’ll make a lot of people on this forum happy. Don’t forget that we’re not the enemy. We had dreams of working here full time just like you.
Fingers crossed they convert some of them rather than just cut them cold. My team is 75% ETWs, no idea how the work will get done without them
They're expensive AF. The 2 billion need to come from somewhere. You can't be doing the same amount as before, you've got this all wrong. Just say no / not resourced / not possible.
This is correct. In some cases they are MORE expensive than FTE's and investors finally realise this!!!
ETW's are being outlawed by Governer Kotek.
