Anyone got the culture club in they office? That just started it with us and they forcing us to do a holiday party and the union be up in your face pressuring to go. This ain’t union! They on some company stuff BS You guys were full of it when we in the office you really think I want to see your lyin faces again. Bunch a fools in that cr-p. They be asking $110 for some wack place. How bout you pay me to go? Nah I’m good I be staying home in.

While I may not like the way this was said, I do understand not wanting to be around toxic people. So happens to be that my office is full of trashy individuals hating on everything that isn’t their skin color.

Some of the ones I know are great people. Smart, kind, compassionate, capable, generous. I would. and have, trusted them with the lives of my wife and children. I would help them in any way I could. It's a shame they suffer for the actions and attitudes of the majority of their kind. They've said as much to me.
It would be a ugly party, but, there'd be no hooking up. Thanks to diversity BS there are no more hot men. At least not in my building. They've all been overcooked (if you know what I mean). There's just not enough alcohol.
Ah I see, it's back to the 60's. Throw an office party, serve an abundance of alcohol, let everyone's emotions hang out. What a bunch of cr-p, who wants to spend time around their workmates? Nobody, that would be an ugly party. Lots of work associates hooking up, nine months later......bo-m yer a daddy!
@1dkp+1iYNYwYk This just proves what they were saying about work from home. My office had everyone hating each other. Race talk was weirdly normalized. Blacks hating whites, whites hating blacks, Spanish hating both. It’s far from normal and working from home is a huge relief from that behavior.
Also, we have some oddball club in our office, similar to what the op is talking about, and it’s starting to make it come front and center again. Far from having any real culture besides hate. The post may be weird but I get what they’re trying to say.
OP put it out there. If they didn't want to be perceived that way, they shouldn't act that way.

A party doesn’t sound like a terrible thing but no one should be shamed to go. Complain to your union steward or TL, not a layoff board.
