Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

Who’s ready for the next re org?

EH must change a lot of the current leadership, which then leads to the org structures.

  1. Maybe not mass layoffs, but restructuring will happen again.

Whole architecture division and cto’s lapdog ac needs to go! Leeches su-king company resources.
These people sit around and create problems and they have no deliverables. They have not delivered anything in their tenure. Just finger pointing. Everyone is answerable to them but they are not answerable to anyone.

@1ddu+1uB1qEtc agree

EH will be great for morale but Nike still has some major issues in the org. They don’t have the same designers and product experts as they once did. Gonna be a long road back to cut through with this new consumer. Hopefully they can turn around the ship but I’m guessing they are 5 years away from anything impactful.

For sure, did JD really do anything? We got $100 worth of work for our $100 million over 5 years. More will need to change for a real turnaround
