YoY take/no take (and vice versa) would be a telling KPI. Is it actually a provided measure?

They will share the results next year after leadership receives their hefty bonuses.

@are+1uTFA413 ditto. Right now they are budgeting severance costs for next year. They will use the survey info (% change over last year) to do this. Also, devise new strategies (such as RTO and location strategy) to get people out.

I'm guessing results are already trickeling down to senior leaders and eventually to managers of teams with enough direct reports. from there it's up to them to start sharing. my guess is the rank and file will start hearing things some time next month.

Your employee engagement is horrid if employees who took the survey for more than two decades stop taking it.

The fact they'll go multiple years in a row ignoring the results tells you everything about the work culture of our leadership. They run from problems.

The only question they care about is the one asking about whether you plan to leave or not.
