I am losing several of my coworkers and am being completely ignored by my RM and home office team. I wish I had been let go because this is more stress than I can handle.

What territory was your RM based in? Mine was originally in just east of OTC. He has been really supportive even though he’s been out of Follett for a bit.

I’m so sorry to hear this. I am also super depressed. I hope things get better for you.
I wish I could give you the number for my old RM. he’s been a tremendous help to me and others this week while we’ve had no support from our current leadership. Just listening and helping me stay positive, see the opportunity in all of it. And he’s got absolutely nothing to gain from this.
It’s like the current “leaders” put their sunglasses on and turned their phones off.
