Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Town Hall

Always told we don't have time to go to town halls. We feel out if the loop. Aren't town halls to provide information for staff?

Your lead should have a meeting with you to discuss that, I think they are happening the next week or so

Where to find the raise and AIP?

Things at Humana are unstable right now. Very few feel comfortable and suspect the next RIF right around the corner. They are hoping that people leave when they see how poor their raise and AIP are. The upper leaders really just provide lip service and don’t care about front line workers except that it means they don’t have to do any work since the Frontline workers are doing at all

@1cwu+1lbUNrrp Wellness time is not for your heath. It's a big fat lie aimed at making you think they care. They don't. Wellness time is just as calculated as every other hour of your day. Cost of doing business.

When it’s a mandatory one, we are all expected to be there on my team, otherwise, it’s voluntary, if you can go, with your workload …one lead I once had suggested using our well-being time to go

Demand time to watch the recording. I understand we don’t want to stop calls but it’s not ok if they don’t give you time to watch the recording. I also suggest sharing the fact that you aren’t able to attend (and especially if they don’t give you time for the recording) on every possible survey and even emailing a few leaders up… sometimes they don’t know lower leaders are preventing their teams from viewing the town halls.

I would still try and make time to go to them. They’re important, and it’s essential that you’re aware of changes/updates going on in your organization. Like someone else suggested, try and have the stream pulled up while you multi task on other work things.

You can't listen to a town hall when you answer calls all day.

You should at least be able to listen in to the town hall while working.
