People who can easily find a job elsewhere simply leave. That’s one of the consequences of the RTO as the wholesale attrition scheme. And those are the people that we actually need. Not that the C-suite cares about retaining talent or anything.

@1mjg+1vu2rJrf Hi (((heath ledger joker.gif)))
@1csf+1vu2rJrf FB is that you?
The ones who are good are not lazy without some candy to motivate them and blaming on circumstances of their corporate job. They are just good, and don't have trouble to find work when they're not happy for more than a short while. This place is really full of make pretenders and dunning kreuger id--ts.
@1csf+1vu2rJrf mad because his talent bad
Quit complaining about RTO and show up to work and actually work. Inside 2 years everyone will be 5 days in office and there will be no place to hide. My advice if you want to pretend to work go do it somewhere else.
There can be no measurement of quality of the bulk of people who bring any of it leave within 2 annual reviews. So just like how stupid people end up overpopulating in Idiocracy, so will the talentless at Fiserv with these regressive and ultra non competitive work cultures. It is simple statistics.
They don't even give competitive benefits like good cheap health insurance for finance. There is a really good reason why this place produces such underwhelming work.
FISERV PROUD (tm)
Not sure why they are even bothering with core consolidation efforts if they're just going to drive away talent while not allowing managers to backfill.
