@1cph my rate of return is 19.6% this year. Multiple options over 30% rate of return YTD.

Have been invited to participate but never did. Investment options seem nothing great and then run the risk of having WF holding back your pay for whatever reason. For those of you who do participate, why do you do it, what % do you defer and where do you invest it

Last poster's info is not complete. High salary based comp plans with bonuses also participate. Comp has to be in the $200k range.

believe everyone that is in a commission based (or "draw") role and those making over 150k salary.

I have been invited 3 times, the last time in 2018. Income has dropped since and I am no longer invited. Funny though, some colleagues assume I am in it and have made comments to me about it. Comp structure changed when group absorbed by wholesale. In the low 6 figure range.
